Tim Tszyu will fight champion, Joel Camilleri for the Australian Super Welterweight Title on May 15 in Sydney at the Star Casino.

In the first headline fight of his career, after just 12 professional fights, the fighting prodigy will be looking to make a name for himself outside of his father’s famous shadow. Having gone 12 and 0 in an impressive start to his career, this headline bout will have an added level of pressure Tszyu is yet to encounter.

Joel Camilleri (17-5-1) is heading into his title defense with confidence, having come off a recent victory against Queenslander Billy Limov. Currently holding three title belts, including the Australian super-welterweight title, the World Boxing Council Asian Boxing Council welterweight title and the Victorian state super-welterweight title, Camilleri will look to his experience to take on the rookie.
